Preparation steps:

1. Crumble 200g tofu using a fork.
2. In a bowl, mix crumbled tofu with 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 finely chopped green chili, and salt to taste. Set aside.
3. In another bowl, combine 2 cups whole wheat flour with 1 tablespoon oil and a pinch of salt. Gradually add water to form a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
4. Divide dough into equal portions, rolling each into a ball. Flatten slightly.
5. Roll out one ball into a small circle, place a spoonful of tofu mixture in the center, and fold the edges over to seal.
6. Gently roll again into a flat circle, taking care not to spill the filling.
7. Heat a pan over medium heat. Cook the paratha until golden brown on both sides, brushing with oil as needed.
8. Repeat with remaining dough and filling. Serve warm.
