Preparation steps:

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a muffin tin with paper liners.
2. In a bowl, whisk 250g flour, 2 tsp baking powder, and a pinch of salt.
3. In another bowl, beat 120g sugar and 100g melted butter until creamy.
4. Add 2 eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
5. Stir in 150ml milk and 1 tsp vanilla extract.
6. Gradually combine wet and dry ingredients, mixing gently.
7. Fold in 100g blueberries or desired add-ins.
8. Fill muffin cups 3/4 full with batter.
9. Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
