Preparation steps:

1. Mix 1 cup of rice flour with 1 ½ cups of water to form a thin batter.
2. Heat a non-stick pan. Pour a thin layer of batter and spread quickly. Let it cook until translucent. Remove and cool.
3. Melt ½ cup of jaggery with 2 tablespoons of ghee in a pan until smooth.
4. Place a rice paper on a flat surface. Brush a thin layer of the jaggery-ghee mixture.
5. Fold the paper into a rectangular shape, layering more jaggery-ghee mixture in between folds.
6. Repeat with remaining rice papers and filling. Serve fresh or store in an airtight container.
