Preparation steps:

1. Soak 200g urad dal in water for 4 hours.
2. Drain and blend to a smooth, thick batter using minimal water.
3. Add a pinch of food color to the batter.
4. Fill a piping bag with a small nozzle.
5. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
6. Pipe batter into hot oil, creating spiral shapes.
7. Fry until golden and crisp.
8. Prepare syrup by boiling 300g sugar with 200ml water and a teaspoon of rose water until sticky.
9. Soak fried jangri in warm syrup for 2 minutes.
10. Remove and let rest before serving.
