Preparation steps:

1. Place 500g of yogurt into a muslin cloth and hang it over a bowl for 6-8 hours to drain whey.
2. Transfer the thickened yogurt (hung curd) to a mixing bowl.
3. Add 100g of powdered sugar and blend until smooth.
4. Mix in 1/4 teaspoon of ground cardamom and a pinch of saffron soaked in 1 tablespoon of warm milk.
5. Stir thoroughly until flavors meld.
6. Chill for at least 2 hours.
7. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped pistachios and almonds before serving.
