Preparation steps:

1. Grease a tray with ghee and set aside.
2. In a pan, roast 250g of gram flour on low heat until aromatic.
3. In another pan, dissolve 250g sugar with 125ml water, creating a syrup with a single-thread consistency.
4. Gradually add roasted gram flour to the syrup, stirring continuously.
5. Slowly incorporate 300g melted ghee, ensuring a smooth mixture.
6. Cook until the mixture leaves the sides of the pan.
7. Pour into the prepared tray and spread evenly.
8. Once slightly cooled, cut into desired shapes.
