Preparation steps:

1. Marinate 200g paneer cubes with 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1 teaspoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, and salt. Rest for 30 minutes.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. marinated paneer until golden. Remove and set aside.
3. In the same pan, 1 sliced onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 1 chopped tomato until soft. Add paneer and mix well.
4. Warm 4 ready-made flatbreads on a pan.
5. Place paneer mixture on each flatbread. Roll tightly and serve immediately.
