Preparation steps:

1. Heat 3 tablespoons of ghee in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add 1 cup of semolina and roast until golden brown, stirring continuously.
3. Meanwhile, in a separate pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil with a pinch of saffron.
4. Slowly pour the boiling saffron water into the roasted semolina, stirring constantly to avoid lumps.
5. Add 3/4 cup of sugar and continue to stir until dissolved and mixture thickens.
6. Incorporate 1/4 teaspoon of cardamom powder and mix well.
7. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of chopped nuts and serve warm.
