Preparation steps:

1. Press 200g of tofu to remove excess water. Cut into small cubes.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add tofu cubes; until golden and crispy. Remove and set aside.
4. In the same pan, lightly roast 50g of peanuts until aromatic.
5. Mix tofu, peanuts, 1 chopped tomato, and 1 finely chopped onion in a bowl.
6. Add 1 tablespoon tamarind paste and 1 teaspoon chaat masala. Stir gently.
