Preparation steps:

1. Boil water in a large pot. Add salt generously.
2. Cook 400g of spaghetti until al dente, about 8-10 minutes. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
3. In a large pan, gently heat 80ml olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add 4 finely sliced garlic cloves until golden.

6. Toss in cooked spaghetti, mixing well.
7. Add reserved pasta water to adjust consistency.
