Preparation steps:

1. Rinse 250g of fresh okra and pat dry. Cut into 1-inch pieces.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of coconut oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds; allow to splutter.
4. Stir in 1 sliced onion and saute until translucent.
5. Add 2 dried red chilies and 10 curry leaves; saute briefly.
6. Introduce the okra, stirring gently to coat with spices.
7. Season with 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, and salt to taste.
8. Cook, stirring occasionally, for about 10-15 minutes until the okra is cooked and slightly crisp.
9. Serve warm as a side dish.
