Preparation steps:

1. Cook 250g of pasta (penne or fusilli) in boiling salted water until al dente.
2. Drain and rinse pasta under cold water.
3. In a large bowl, combine pasta, 1 cup cherry tomatoes (halved), 1 cucumber (diced), 1 red bell pepper (chopped), and 100g feta cheese (crumbled).
4. For dressing, whisk together 4 tablespoons olive oil, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper.
5. Pour dressing over the salad, tossing gently to combine.
