Preparation steps:

1. Boil 1 liter of milk, stirring to prevent burning.
2. Add 2 tablespoons of lemon juice to curdle milk.
3. Strain curds in muslin cloth, rinse, and squeeze.
4. Knead curds into smooth dough, form small balls.
5. Boil another liter of milk with sugar, cardamom, and saffron.
6. Add cheese balls, simmer until they double in size.
7. Chill before serving, garnish with pistachios and saffron.
