Preparation steps:

1. In a bowl, mix 250g all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon baking powder, and 1/2 teaspoon baking soda.
2. Add 100ml warm milk, 2 tablespoons yogurt, and 1 tablespoon oil, kneading into a soft dough.
3. Cover and let rest for 2 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 250°C (480°F). Place a baking tray inside to heat.
5. Divide dough into equal balls, and roll each into an oval shape.
6. Brush with melted butter.
7. Place onto the hot tray and bake for 4-5 minutes until puffed and golden brown.
8. Optional: Finish under broiler for a charred effect.
9. Brush with more butter before serving.
