Preparation steps:

1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
2. Cut 500g of lamb or chicken into 2-inch cubes. Coat evenly with marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 2-4 hours.
3. Heat grill or grill pan to medium-high.
4. Thread meat onto skewers, alternating with bell pepper and onion pieces.
5. Cook skewers, turning occasionally, for 10-12 minutes or until meat is cooked through and charred.
6. Garnish with fresh cilantro and lemon wedges. Serve hot.
