Preparation steps:

1. Boil water in a large pot.
2. Add salt to boiling water.
3. Cook pasta until al dente.
4. Reserve 1 cup pasta water.
5. Drain pasta and set aside.
6. Heat olive oil in a pan.
7. Saute minced garlic.
8. Add anchovy fillets to pan.
9. Stir until anchovies dissolve.
10. Add red pepper flakes.
