Preparation steps:

1. Dry roast 100g of toor dal on medium heat until golden. Set aside.
2. Dry roast 50g of chana dal until fragrant. Combine with toor dal.
3. Roast 10 dried red chilies until they puff.
4. Dry roast 1 tablespoon white sesame seeds, cool all ingredients.
5. Grind roasted ingredients with 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and salt to taste into a fine powder.
