Preparation steps:

1. Rinse 200g Shutki Maach under cold water, removing any impurities.
2. Soak in warm water for 15 minutes to soften. Drain and set aside.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium heat.
4. Add 1 chopped onion and saute until golden.
5. Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes, cooking until soft.
6. Add 2 teaspoons crushed garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger paste, 1 teaspoon turmeric, and 1 teaspoon red chili powder. Cook for 2 minutes.
7. Mix in the soaked Shutki Maach. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 10-15 minutes.
8. Season with salt to taste.
9. Garnish with chopped coriander leaves before serving.
