Preparation steps:

1. Roast 200g urad dal in a pan over medium heat until golden and aromatic. Allow to cool.
2. Grind the roasted urad dal into a fine powder using a blender.
3. Melt 150g jaggery with 2 tablespoons of water in a pan, stirring until completely dissolved.
4. Add 3 tablespoons of ghee to the jaggery syrup and mix well.
5. Combine the urad dal powder with the jaggery-ghee mixture.
6. Mix in 1 teaspoon cardamom powder.
7. Shape the mixture into small, round balls using your hands.
8. Allow the balls to cool and set before serving.
