Preparation steps:

1. Boil 6 eggs for 8-10 minutes, then peel.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of oil in a pan.
3. Add 1 finely chopped onion, saute until golden.
4. Stir in 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste.
5. Add 1 chopped tomato, cook until soft.
6. Mix in 1 teaspoon each of turmeric, cumin, and coriander powder.
7. Pour in 200 ml coconut milk, simmer gently.
8. Carefully add boiled eggs, cook for 5 minutes.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
