Preparation steps:

1. Wash 500g mustard greens and 200g spinach thoroughly.
2. In a large pot, boil the greens with 2 cups water and 1 chopped green chili until tender.
3. Drain and blend the greens into a smooth paste.
4. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan; saute 1 chopped onion until golden.
5. Add 1 teaspoon grated ginger, 1 teaspoon garlic paste; cook until fragrant.
6. Stir in 1 chopped tomato, cook until soft.
7. Mix in the pureed greens, 1 teaspoon cornmeal, and salt to taste.
8. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
9. Finish with a drizzle of ghee. Serve hot.
