Preparation steps:

1. Boil 1 cup of chickpeas until tender. Drain and set aside.
2. Bake 4 samosas in the oven at 180°C (350°F) for 15-20 minutes until crisp.
3. In a pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil. Add 1 teaspoon cumin seeds and saute for 30 seconds.
4. Mix in the boiled chickpeas, 1 teaspoon chaat masala, and salt to taste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
5. Arrange baked samosas on a plate. Crush them slightly.
6. Top with chickpeas, 1/2 cup of whisked yogurt, and drizzle with 2 tablespoons of tamarind and mint chutneys.
7. Garnish with chopped cilantro, finely diced onions, and sev (crispy chickpea noodles).
8. Serve immediately for optimal texture and flavor.
