Preparation steps:

1. Boil 3 potatoes and 1 cup of peas until tender.
2. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of butter. Saute 1 finely chopped onion until translucent.
3. Add 1 chopped green bell pepper, cook for 3 minutes.
4. Stir in 2 chopped tomatoes, cook until soft.
5. Mix in 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste, cook for 2 minutes.
6. Add 1 teaspoon of turmeric, 2 teaspoons of pav bhaji masala, and salt.
7. Mash the boiled potatoes and peas, add them to the pan.
8. Cook while mashing until well combined.
9. Add 1 cup of water, simmer for 10 minutes.
10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and lemon wedges.
11. Serve with toasted bread rolls brushed with butter.
