Preparation steps:

1. Wash and dry zucchine.
2. Slice zucchine thinly.
3. Chop fresh mint leaves.
4. Beat eggs in a bowl.
5. Add salt and pepper to eggs.

7. Heat olive oil in a non-stick pan.
