1. Begin by peeling and chopping 200g each of carrots, potatoes, and beans into equal sizes.
2. In a large pan, add 2 cups of water and bring to a gentle boil.
3. Add the chopped vegetables and simmer until they are tender yet firm.
4. Meanwhile, grind 1 cup grated coconut, 2 green chilies, and 1 teaspoon cumin seeds into a smooth paste using a blender.
5. Once the vegetables are cooked, add the coconut paste and gently mix.
