Preparation steps:

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2. Cut 2 slices of bread into cubes. Toss with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, salt, and pepper.
3. Bake cubes for 10 minutes until golden.
4. In a bowl, mash 2 anchovy fillets with 1 garlic clove.
