Preparation steps:

1. Cut 500g beef into small cubes.
2. Marinate with 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp turmeric, and salt; set aside for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 2 tbsp oil in a pan.

5. Stir in 10 curry leaves and 3 sliced green chilies.
6. Add marinated beef; cook for 15 minutes.
7. Mix 1 tsp each cumin, coriander, and garam masala.
8. Cook until beef is tender, stirring occasionally.
