Preparation steps:

1. Cut paneer into 2 cm cubes.
2. In a bowl, mix yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili powder, and lemon juice.
3. Add paneer cubes to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for 1-2 hours.
4. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F).
5. Thread marinated paneer onto skewers, alternating with bell peppers and onions.
