Preparation steps:

1. Soak 250g of rice overnight.
2. Drain and grind rice to a smooth paste with minimal water.
3. In a pan, heat 1 cup grated coconut and 100g jaggery until melted.
4. Stir in 1 teaspoon cardamom powder, then cool.
5. Shape rice paste into small discs.
6. Place coconut filling in the center.
7. Fold and seal edges into a half-moon shape.
8. Steam for 10-15 minutes until cooked.
9. Serve warm.
