Preparation steps:

1. Preheat oven to 375? (190?).
2. Cut cauliflower into small florets.
3. Boil cauliflower in salted water until tender.
4. Drain and set cauliflower aside.
5. Beat eggs in a bowl.
6. Add grated Parmesan to eggs.
7. Season egg mixture with salt and pepper.
8. Heat olive oil in an ovenproof skillet.
9. Saute minced garlic until fragrant.
