Preparation steps:

1. Boil water in a large pot. Cook 250g of egg noodles until al dente, then drain and set aside.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat.
3. 2 cloves of minced garlic and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger until aromatic.
4. Add 200g of sliced chicken breast or tofu, cooking until browned.
