Preparation steps:

1. Clean and devein 500g prawns.
2. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan over medium heat.
3. Add 1 teaspoon mustard seeds; let them splutter.

6. Add 2 chopped tomatoes; cook till soft.

8. Pour in 200ml coconut milk; simmer gently.
9. Add prawns; cook until opaque, about 5 minutes.
