Preparation steps:

1. Heat 3 tablespoons of oil in a large pan.
2. Add 2 finely chopped onions; saute until golden.

4. Add 500g of mutton pieces; brown evenly.
5. Mix in 2 teaspoons of ground coriander, 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 teaspoon of turmeric, and 1 teaspoon of red chili powder; cook for 3 minutes.
6. Add 2 chopped tomatoes; cook until soft.
7. Pour in 1 cup of water; stir well.
8. Cover and simmer on low heat for 45-60 minutes until mutton is tender.
9. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves; serve hot.
