Preparation steps:

1. Cut 500g boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
2. Marinate with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste, 1 tsp chili powder, and cornflour. Rest for 30 minutes.
3. Heat 3 tbsp oil in a pan; fry chicken until golden. Set aside.
4. In the same pan, saute 1 chopped onion, 1 sliced bell pepper, and 2-3 chopped green chilies.
5. Add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp vinegar, 1 tbsp ketchup, and salt to taste. Stir.
6. Return chicken to the pan; toss with sauce until evenly coated.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
